We meet 1x per week for 12 weeks, 60 minutes live-streaming. Course is recorded. Never miss a session and use the recordings to workout at other times during the Intensive, helping to meet your goals.
Equipment needs:
- collection of free weights
- 41″ monster bands and door anchor/pull
- small resistance loops
- 36″ foam roller
- mat, water, towel
