Live-Streaming Group Classes
Here’s what to expect!
For joining in with any our Group Classes: Select sessions, download the Zoom app to your device, and set aside the class times on your calendar. Once you make your selections and payment at the SHOP, I’ll send you the links to the classes and I’ll meet you there. All of my classes are live! You’ll have me as your guide and teacher, helping you along the way.

Strong and Powerful Moves for Women (great for clients with Osteoporosis, too)
Come prepared to move in ways you may never have before—a unique mix of cardio, resistance training using your own body weight and hand weights, and uncommon floor work. And all moves are taught using spine-sparing techniques. This workout creates a more agile and powerful you. 55 minutes in length.
Equipment needed:
mat, set of 5 resistance loops, 36” full foam roller, variety of hand-weights, folding chair
Live-streaming
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
A class to take, then keep taking as you’ll quickly become addicted. After a dynamic warmup, we move into one-minute intervals of high intensity exercises alternating with one-minute intervals of active recovery, usually a 20-25 minute set. You’ll learn to harness the power of your legs and hips to create a workout that compares to none. 55 minutes in length.

mat, 36” full foam roller, set of 5 resistance loops

Step Box Training (great for clients with Osteoporosis, too)
Old-school step training is back because the results are proven. Fun and challenging with moderate intensity cardio using the step as a foundation for our class structure. And all moves are taught using spine-sparing techniques. 55 minutes in length.

Step 4 to 8 inches in height, set of 5 resistance loops, 36” full foam roller, variety of hand-weights, mat

Weights and Resistance Training for Strong Hips, Fabulous Core, and MORE (great for clients with Osteoporosis, too)
An ultimate selection of weight training exercises for hips, back, and core--all moves practiced with daring moves! You’ll have better buttocks, better balance, and a better belly! And all moves are taught using spine-sparing techniques. Plank variations, ground to standing, abdominal work. 55 minutes in length.

mat, variety of free weights, set of 5 resistance loops, 36” full foam roller

Weights and Resistance Training for Sexy Shoulders, Strong Arms, Gorgeous Back (great for clients with Osteoporosis, too)
Not your ordinary weight training session. You’ll be introduced to and then master all the best upper body exercises to create healthy shoulders, strong arms, and powerful back muscles. There’s strengthening for the hips, too. And all moves are taught using spine-sparing techniques. 55 minutes in length.

Movement is one of the single best ways to reduce daily stress, improve mood, and enhance overall health. Joining in with a friendly group helps, too. AtHomeBeFIT offers seven live-streaming group classes each week.
Our programs are robust and evidence-based in structure. The classes offer a welcoming, compassionate community, making it fun and sociable. Always leading with boundless enthusiasm, Lisa offers personalized attention and feedback, and corrective suggestions, if needed, during the exercises.
AtHomeBeFIT classes are boutique in size, and all are live-streaming, making membership nearly effortless—you can to attend from your home or office, or even backyard—essentially wherever you have access to highspeed internet and can set up your device (computer/tablet/phone). Once you make your class selections, download the free ZOOM app. After making your payment to AtHomeBeFIT, the ZOOM links to fit your fitness class schedule will arrive in the email you provided. Save the ZOOM links as they give you access to the specific classes. You’ll meet Lisa, your fellow class members, and most likely a few other furry-family members there, too.
It’s a great idea to log-on a few minutes early to your classes, giving you time to check-in and chat. This is often a time when everyone can get to know each other. Please plan to join in with your camera on. To make it seamless, set aside each class time solely for yourself. Plan to be in a comfortable place, have your equipment nearby, and be where you’re free from distractions. Place your phone (unless you’re using it to live-stream) in another room and turn off the other apps on the device you’re using. With prior approval, you’re even free to invite a guest to try the class with you.
And after class, stay a minute to share with Lisa how you feel, tell others about what’s going on in your life, or simply shout about how much you’re looking forward to cooking a favorite meal.
