I’m experienced at leading women into the new space that is required to change their fitness health, and I’m skilled at designing evidence-based exercise programs that keep women of any age healthy for life. I’m highly motivated to educate and inspire you to exercise, and teach you how exercise improves daily function, enhances any physical performance, and more specifically, how aging well going forward requires a routine of dedicated and science-based exercises and moves.
