In-Person and Live-streaming
Here’s what to expect!
For all 1:1 Personal Training Sessions: We can meet in-person in the Albuquerque-Santa Fe area, or online from any town in the USA—anywhere you have access to high-speed internet. Some women join with the in-person trainings, while other women participate fully with live-streaming from their home or office. There’s also the choice of using a hybrid mix of in-person and live-streaming. Regardless of where you live, working with me and the AtHomeBeFIT programs is about as easy as it gets.
For all 1:1 Personal Training Sessions: I meet you for an assessment and a deep conversation, either in-person or online with Zoom. It’s here I review your health history questionnaire, ask detailed questions about your goals and hear your expectations about trainings. To support you in your hard work, I want to learn more about your nutritional habits, your exercise likes and dislikes, and your exercise history. While with me in this initial session, you’ll also perform a series of exercises so that I can view how your body moves. I then help you to set measurable, results-driven goals. We also spend time talking about accountability. Before we end, we set firm dates for your first month’s sessions. In my experience, 2-3x per week for 1:1 is optimal. We can talk about what to expect from this first full month of exercise, especially as it may be a big and new beginning for you. We can talk at length about your wishes. Before we meet for your first workout, I’ll personalize an exercise and homework plan for you, and I’ll be your guide each session, assisting you in achieving your goals.
