A little about me...
Hi, I'm Lisa Knighton!
I aim to disrupt the way we age. Call me a Biohacker! After all, exercise is simply a biohack.
As a Gen Xer, I believe the human body wants to be fed well, moved well, and rested well.
With a 12-Series of Structural Integration sessions to enhance your breath, posture and fascial health, and an on-going and evolving movement and exercise training program, greater health and longevity are yours.
I know you want to feel better. It’s possible, and achievable. I’ve helped children, women, and men reach their goals: greater strength, better posture, improved sleep, ease of mobility.
What I’m Doing NOW!
As a certified Structural Integration Practitioner (ATSI) and a certified Personal Trainer (ACE), my work with you
- Improves your fascial health and athleticism
- Enhances your movement power and strength
- Boosts your posture and mobility
In my studio, I always make a safe place for my clients to express through movement whatever may be happening in the soft tissues. I’m eager to learn from you and help you achieve your movement potential.
What are YOU Reading?
I’m a voracious reader, always with a book or two tucked in my satchel. When I’m not studying anatomy or creating exercise plans, I enjoy writing, traveling and hiking with my partner, Charles.
What are you reading?
The five best books I’ve read in the last few months are:
- The Body Keeps the Score, by Bessel Van der Kolk (I’m always reading this book.)
- Small Move, Big Change, by Caroline L. Arnold
- Strangers on a Train, by Patricia Highsmith
- Tom Lake, by Ann Patchett
- Hearts of the Missing, by Carol Potenza
Where have YOU traveled to lately?
Charles and I hiked in Arches National Park recently where we saw petroglyphs, arches carved into the sandstone by rain, and the Milky Way. Arches is a dedicated dark skies park. While in Moab, we stopped into the Moab Rock Shop to see a dinosaur femur and Moab man’s tibia, found by shop owner, Lin Ottinger.
As an SI practitioner, I’m a sucker for bones.

Lisa has been a life changer for me! I have a desk job, and have not kept up on my fitness. Every time I started to work out, I would be in such pain that I would quit right away.
Lisa has helped me work on specific muscle groups to improve … More my balance, strength and flexibility in order to move better without pain. She is a master at analyzing your movement and showing you how to correct it!
Now I feel like I can keep improving my fitness level because of Lisa's expertise. I highly recommend Lisa and her body work program! -
