  • Structural Integration (SI) 12-Series Work is PERMANENT.
  • Expect your results to last.
    • In Structural Integration, your practitioner expects to give 12 Sessions. “There is a reason for this–we are not dealing with local problems. We are not dealing with the kind of thing that you can say, ‘Well, I fixed that, that’s all.’ We are dealing with an intent to make a body more secure, more adequate within the field of gravity.” — Ida Rolf

It’s fascial bodywork that will change your life, from the outside in! Many clients say the 12-Series Work not only improves their physical body and how they move and play, the session work enhances their creative life, and improves their connection to their loved ones.

Series Work is an educational process.

Series Work enkindles proprioception. Series Work alights interoception.

Series Work is permanent.

Series Work touches the tissue of innerness.

Series Work offers the physical body greater volume, lift, and space.

And Series Work opens a dialogue between your current movement and postural patterns, and how these patterns may be creating discomfort in your body.

After a 12 Series of Structural Integration, expect lasting change.

If you are looking to change the way you are aging and want to get healthier and stronger, I recommend that you work with Lisa.
